Responsible: 1. Supervise the team of merchandisers to complete tasks with appropriate manner. 2. Communicate with buyers, transfer their queries and requirements to related dept., provide buyers the order's production information in time. 3. Cost analysis, audit factory's quotation, as well as submitting for director's approval, improve business by developing sourcing and pricing. 4. Follow up the order & sample, provide suggestions to solve the problem and bottlenecks with team members. 5. Co-ordinate and communicate with buyers, suppliers and factory. 6. Audit merchandiser's report about price, delivery and all related info. And report to supervisor for approval before informing the buyer. 7. Keep good team spirit, operate with criterion, little buyer's complaint. 8. Supervise and handle well buyer's order, ensure all the orders are running smoothly. Requirement: 1. College education or above. 2. Good knowledge & rich experience on handbag area, Min 7 years relevant working experience and min 3 years merchandise manager experience. 3. Good written and verbal skills in English. 4. Strong leadership, good team-spirit, communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Detail-minded, responsible, honest & enthusiastic.
