1. Job Summary The Account Managers will handle accounts that segmentation analysis has identified as good growth and potential. The Account Manager will strive to meet the needs of these important accounts on multiple levels. They will orchestrate resources throughout the organization to serve these customers with value added solutions. These customers are critical for the achievement of Caldic’s long term sustainable growth strategy. 2. Key Responsibilities 85 Know customer business including strategy, size, products, key decision makers, organization, new initiatives, pain points, etc. 85 Develop by leveraging on appropriate company resources including AD team and others, mid to long terms Account Plans. 85 Grow sales in various business segments of the customer. 85 Take ownership and accountability for implementing Account Business Plans. Leverage internal system for information related to call planning, customer identification and contacts management, account strategy and planning and customer needs follow up. Master the CRM platform and drive customer relationship management activities, using the CRM system to capture prospects, accounts, contacts, contact activities, tasks, opportunities, sales and all other selling activities. 85 Drive and develop solid relationships with the customer and actively drive our internal stakeholder relationship with customers at all levels (top-to-top engagement). 85 Drive customer solution activities such as opportunity management, customer, innovation, product demonstration, sales calls and sample management. 85 Establish and maintain customer intelligence, proactively keep abreast of customer’s organization updates and changes and leading customer strategies. Keep abreast of market, industry and competitor intelligence and trends. 85 Meet or exceed sales growth, profitability, pipeline and other business goals. Manage sales forecasting and DSO. 3. Essential Skills/Traits/Competencies 61 Minimum Bachelor Degree in Fine Chemicals or Chemistry related disciplines 61 5 years or above related sales experience in Personal & Home care field 61 Sales professional skills: resourceful, rapport building, customer relationship, presentation skills, negotiation 61 skills, account management skills, account planning and demand forecast, conflict management, etc. 61 Commercial knowledge to close the deal and ensure sales transaction. 61 Ability to identify the problem & challenges customer facing. 61 Product and Industry knowledge in relative market and related basic technical skills 61 Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English language in oral and written 61 Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English 5.
