Job Responsibilities: 1. Workers’ operations time measurement and analysis with the usage of ergonomics system. 2. Capacity to calculate and monitor line equipment efficiencies. 3. Consolidate, analyze and monitor manpower and good hour data to control the labor cost. 4. Lead labor losses reduction and production efficiency improvement, take actions with team and follow them daily. 5. Capacity to analyze plants key indicators and improvements, integrate them into best practices and share with other plants. 6. Lead manufacturing system application and make sure lean production standard apply correctly in plant. 7. Work on other tasks as assigned by the Dept. Manager.
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree. 2. Minimum 3-year industrial engineering or lean manufacturing experience. 3. Good PC skills especially for MS-Office software. 4. Good level of both spoken and written English. 5. Good knowledge of ISO and IATF16949 requirements
