Sevco Limited is a metal and plastic mechanical part manufacturer with factories in Guangzhou, China, and Mexico, specializing in CNC machined parts, die-cast components, plastic injection parts, and more. We are expanding our team at the Pazhou office in Guangzhou and are seeking a sourcing specialist.

Position Overview: Join us in driving growth by connecting with clients in the European and North American market. We value teamwork, effective communication and self-driven growth.

Responsibilities:
o Identify and source new suppliers for various product categories, focusing on cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.
o Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring consistent product quality and service.
o Evaluate and qualify new suppliers based on performance, capabilities, and compliance with company standards.
o Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure the best value for the company.
o Analyze cost structures and work with suppliers to optimize cost, quality, and lead times.
o Work closely with QC team to ensure that sourced products meet required specifications and quality standards.
o Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
o Ensure suppliers comply with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
o Assist procurement and QC teams in addressing and resolving any issues related to quality control, delivery delays, or non-compliance.
o Complete other tasks assigned by operation manager on an ad-hoc basis.


Qualifications:
61 College degree or higher in International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
61 At least 2 years of experience in sourcing.
61 Experience in CNC machining, die-casting, and plastic injection is strongly preferred.
61 Automotive industry experience is a valuable plus.
61 Good command of written and spoken English is essential.
61 Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
61 In-depth knowledge of supply chain management, sourcing strategies, and cost analysis.
61 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
61 Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
61 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
61 Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
61 Proactive and result-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
61 High level of adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
