DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责 1. Order and system management 61 Collect customer order and negotiate delivery time based on customer requirement and inventory fulfillment 61 System operation/data maintenance in SBD & customers' systems, such as price maintenance and update, order confirmation 61 Work with various departments to ensure that customer orders are delivered on time 2. Status tracking and feedback 61 Scope incl. FC to order, order to delivery, delivery to shipment, consignment inventory 61 Timely feedback and support of various orders problems 3. Bill to cash mgmt. 61 Reconciling with customers, billing, and cooperating with related departments to improve DSO 4. Sales support: 61 act as an interface of customer requirements and complains to provide feedback and solution 5. Sales forecast driving 61 Closely cooperate with customers and sales team to collect sales forecast and market info. 61 Monitoring and analyzing customer demand forecasts and order changes, and raise hand to warn of abnormal demand fluctuations 61 Integrate FC into template to deliver to DP 6. Others 61 Visit customer premises when required
