Job Responsibilities:
1. Involve with sample developments, go through TP details with factory regarding construction, interlining, function, etc, make sure samples are done correctly and nicely.
参与样品的开发，与工厂讨论样品的结构、衬饰、功能等细节，确保样品的制作正确、美观。
2. Risk assessment and PP meeting with factory, how to improve.
与工厂进行风险评估和产前会议，及进行相应改进。
3. Follow up bulk material inspection, mid-line production and final inspection.
跟踪大货检验，中线生产和最后查验。
4. Make sure products are delivered nicely per shipping schedule.
确保产品按照发货时间表按时交付。

Requirements:
1. Over 5 years experience of footwear QC.
具备良好的鞋子行业质量管理或QC跟单工作经验5年以上；
2. If with proper English language skill, would be good. English is not mandatory.
良好的英语沟通能力优先考虑。
