岗位职责: Global Ops Analytics – CCS is an integral part of the Global CCS team supporting various Analytical projects and deliverables in the domain of Collections and Underwriting Service in multiple geographies around the globe. This team is a business-aligned, customer-servicing organization with the primary objective of driving operational excellence through consolidation, simplification and continuous improvement of processes across the full range of HSBC operations.
1. Adheres strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with Company and regulatory standards, policies and practices to supports various CCS teams in analyzing business, systems, and data structures. 2. Manages multiple initiatives at the same time while Identifying improvement opportunities corollary to the business strategy and priorities. 3. Analyzes performance metrics and indicators to identify gaps and its root causes. 4. Engages with various teams at every level in the organization in order to understand specific requirements with regard to the development of a business solution. 5. Facilitates workshops or focus group discussions in order to extract the required information from stakeholders. 6. Utilizes industry best practices and methodologies in discovering operational insights out of data. 7.Collaborates with Consultants and Project Managers in completing analytical activities necessary to an initiative (e.g., business case, cost-benefit analysis, gap analysis). 8. Leads in activities related to budgeting, forecasting, planning, and variance analysis. 9. Leads or supports in the design of business solutions to improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, accuracy, and/or cost-effectiveness. 10. Frames and communicates the findings to stakeholders, including senior management in a manner that is easy to comprehend. 任职要求: 1. Skill of using VBA or Python to read or write to other systems, including but not limited to OBS/CRM/iQA/HCC/Outlook/Word. Implementing linkage with ACCESS using SQL or integrating data between Excel to provide MI. 2. Masters or Bachelor's degree in business or management disciplines (e.g., Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, Management Science). 3. At least 3 years of proven data analysis/analytics experience. 4. At least 2 years of professional experience in banking, financial services organization, business process outsourcing, and/or debt collections is highly preferable. 5. Experience in leading project teams, designing and generating detailed reports. 6. Able to apply the appropriate statistical analysis tool in a problem and be able to communicate the findings clearly. 7. Leads or facilitates meetings with stakeholders including project reviews and strategic planning activities. 8. Has excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills. 9. Must be a self-starter and amenable to work under minimal supervision while still adhering to deadlines and quality expectations. 10. Must have analytical independence and a “can-do” attitude towards all the business challenges needing a solution.
