Job Description
We are seeking a highly driven Business Operations Specialist to join our expanding Hong Kong-Macao team. The ideal candidate will have a background in business operations, strong analytical skills, a passion for optimizing operational efficiency, and a mindset focused on data-driven decision-making. You will help clients resolve inquiries and maintain post-sales relationships, with a focus on scaling the business segment rapidly and effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for cross-departmental communication and coordination to ensure team collaboration and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities
· Provide data support, meeting minutes, and cross-departmental coordination for team members
· Prepare and present operational reports and data-driven insights to senior management and partners.
· Research industry trends and market developments to identify operational improvement opportunities
· Help build and maintain client relationships, address daily client inquiries, and negotiate agreements.
· Regularly review performance data and daily works to proactively identify process optimization projects.

Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
· Ability to speak English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Chinese fluently
Preferred Qualifications
· Native-level English speaking and writing skills are strongly preferred.
· Experience in business operations, data analysis, or a related role, specifically within corporate travel or related fields, is preferred.
· Able to independently identify and assess operational issues and optimize processes for increased efficiency.
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and coworkers.
· Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a desire to contribute to business growth and learn from experienced team members.
· Ability to provide data analysis support.
