ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
To lead the Process engineering team, drive process/quality excellence;
Ensure new product/technology/facility introduced into production smoothly;
Manage end to end process/quality control including materials

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
61Lead PE team's daily work like BOM/SOP maintenance, process training, FOD
monitoring, CCR investigation, IPQC process audit, incoming material control
etc.
61 Work with global organization like Platform/Innovation/Global quality on
any global projects/activities;
61 Own the local roll out/implementation of any global product launch,
technical spec change or QA system establish;
61 Assign talents to provide technical support on production problem solving;
Initiate Kaizen/project to identify and improve the process and quality;
61 Design sampling control process and checkpoints to perfect sampling quality;
61 Coordinate Internal/External ISO standard audit and Oeko-Tex annual renewal
activities.

Qualifications:
61Bachelor degree or equivalent in Engineering, Manufacturing or printing
related field preferred;
61At least three year of engineering work experience on leader role (Screen
printing industry is preferred);
61Good knowledge command of end to end manufacturing process, product
construction design and application;
61Solid project management experience, familiar with Lean concept and Sigma
tools;
61Strong hands-on ownership, proven leadership and team management skill;
61Efficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing; Command
English and Cantonese as working language
