ABOUT YOUR ROLE
This role is project based. To lead demand, inventory, and capacity planning/visibility maintenance with global sites for specific projects, to ensure in-time, high efficiency and low cost supply chain plan landing. We are expecting the candidate is able to cooperate with global planning teams, frontend teams, technical teams and project teams to execute supply chain planning and gradually be able to manage crisis mitigation with supply chain solutions proactively.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE


● Providing supply chain support to program management with the launch and deployment of new business initiatives.
● Providing excellent visibility of demand, supply and service by designing, building, and maintaining reports by product line and sourcing location.
● Implementing automation to reduce manual inputs and building a supply chain agile solution using data available in different systems.
● Proactively providing supply chain strategy with cost, efficiency and resource optimization to support business growth (i.e. Global capacity utilization management by product line).
● ManagIng the supply risk assessment to ensure the order fulfillment.
● Supporting other cross-functional teams to bridge any gaps.
● Interfacing with various functions (i.e. Operations, Commercial, CS, GPD, IT and etc.), across regions to map current business process and implement strategic initiatives and improvement programs.
● Implementing global tools and processes to improve planning and scheduling across manufacturing sites.
● Leveraging and standardizing best practices across global manufacturing sites.
● Supporting the team to manage and resolve supply chain crisis globally.
● Demonstrating communication skills and influencing power to different functions and global teams to drive execution.
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING IN FOR YOU


● 5 years+ hands on experience in supply planning, preferably in the apparel industry. Less experience is considerable as GSC Analyst.
● Previous experience working with a commercial organization or direct customer interface experience is a plus.
● Knowledge in forecasting models, practical experience in Qlik Sense, Oracle or planning tools is advantage.
● Good project management skills & communication skills.
● Solid experience to navigate a complex matrix organization, drive alignment and execute across multiple functions / stakeholder groups.
● Good command of English and Chinese.
● Strong analytical skills, and proven ability to develop and execute a plan.
● Familiar with MS Excel or Google Sheet, able to build supply chain models.
● Quick learner and willing to work under pressure, can work and digest new task independently.
