岗位职责：
1、Responsible for the quality teams oversight of the supplier‘s inspection function of the packing lines,unit and component testing,spur line audits, final box audits,warehousing and container loading. This includes performing some additional verification testing and assembly and the generation of reports from this function.’
2、Performs supplier audits,including factory audit,process audit ,Pre-shipment inspections and supplier improvement initiatves.Manages Big Box customers audits,inspections and reports(as requirde)
3、Work with supplier as it relates to CAR‘s (supplier corrective actions),RMB’s(Material Rejections) and Quality Alerts on site.Continuously train and educate the supplier on Napoleon Quality Standards.Support PPAP review and approval process.
4、Attend regular meetings with supplier to cover problems,open action items and provide a daily record of activity by submitting reports to the rest of the organization in a timely manner.
5、Carry out annual supplier performance reviews and arrange quality meetings or supplier visits to help suppliers improve key quality issues.
6、Communicate and work closely with other quality team and head Quarters(Canada) to resolve all critical quality issues. Routine Tele-Conference at night is required. Other adties as assigned.
具体要求：
1、本科以上学历。
2、英文四级或以上，能够熟练使用英语邮件沟通质量相关问题，能口语对话有限考虑。
3、表达沟通能力较强，原则性强并兼具灵活性。
4、良好的团队合作意识，积极主动及时与相关同事沟通。
5、较强的时间观念，在规定时间内完成工作。
6、有燃气具、户外烧烤炉行业工作经验者优先。
