Purpose:
Lead Kraus China Engineering group.
Project Management on PI (Product Improvement) Projects, such as re-sourcing projects & product changes projects.
Principal Accountabilities:
1, Manage Kraus Engineering group & Engineering related operations.
2, Manage Kraus China PI Projects (Product Improvement projects) to meet the project objectives.
3, Provide technical solution & engineering related activities to support "NPD projects".

Nature & Scope:
1, Drive Engineering group's performance improvements; Manage & track the Engineering's outputs that can meet quality and timeline.
2, Manage PI Projects (Product Improvements & sustain) from Project Planning, Project Execution to Project close-out to meet the project objectives.
3, To support NPD (New Product Development): including the Kitchen Sink and Kitchen accessories' design & design evaluation. support design review; and provide the technical solutions for the new product to meet the design & specification.
Key Qualifications:
1, Bachelor's degree or above, more than 6 years Engineering related experience.
2, Has working experience in product development (familiar with manufacturing processes, product design and etc.).
3, Excellent in English. Very good English writing skills and oral English good enough to facilitate conferences with US colleagues.
4, Good communication, influencing and problem-solving skills.
