Responsibility: * Lead sourcing process in sales regions, optimize current sourcing and activity management process * Be in charge of sourcing for in-store-promotion activity, shopper activity (store decoration), professional service e.g. MICE, estate rent category. * Generate productivities and create value in category to fuel business growth through internal and external collaboration * Lead the regional consolidate sourcing, by integrating demands and resources, doing the bidding for the frame contract, for reducing the sourcing cost as well as the communication cost of user. * Responsible for regional related category supplier sourcing, development, and manager supplier relationship (SRM) to provide sustainable support to business, responsible for supplier performance improvement with smooth x-function collaboration * Identify key risks in regional related category sourcing activity and define risk migration plan and/or BCP with user department and other related functions * Review implementation of sourcing process, drive compliance of sourcing activities.
Requirement:
* Education background: Bachelor degree * Professional experience: 3-year full-time employee procurement experience and procurement compliance sense * Transversal capability: Good communication, Work priority management, Good learning agility * FMCG industry experience is preferred * Proficient in English
