In a team specializing in the sourcing, development and manufacturing management of branded products, gift-with-purchase items and accessories, the gift stylist participates to the creative design of products upon brief and various design resources. The position marries creativity with practical implementation, ensuring product designs are both visionary and executable. This role is crucial in ensuring competitive and innovative ideas, providing cutting-edge product solutions tailored to client needs.
The Branded Merchandise Stylist will be responsible for driving the creative process of gift and accessory design for client brands. This individual will leverage fashion trends, provide innovative design solutions, and ensure seamless execution from concept to prototype while maintaining fidelity to brand identity and sustainability goals.
a. Trend: - Analyze current and emerging fashion, products (accessories, gifts, bags) and material trends. - Provide insights and presentations on innovations and market trends that align with client’s brand briefs. - Make trends books for internal training and workshops with clients. - Visit accessories and fabric markets and maintain materials bank. 趋势分析: - 分析当前和新兴的时尚、产品(配饰、礼品、包袋)和材料趋势。 - 提供符合客户品牌简报的创新和市场趋势见解和演示。 - 制作趋势手册用于内部培训和客户研讨会。 - 访问配饰和面料市场并维护材料库。
b. Products design: - Review brief, and translate client briefs into unique, trend-conscious merchandise designs according to budget. - Perform comprehensive brand analysis to ensure design alignment. - Recommend sustainable materials and processes, accounting for both budget and eco-responsibility. - Create patterns and artworks, produce roughs and renderings. - Develop sample with factory and ensure quality control from design phase through to production. - Organize sample room. 产品设计: - 审阅简报,根据预算将客户简报转化为独特的、注重趋势的商品设计。 - 执行全面的品牌分析以确保设计一致性。 - 推荐可持续材料和工艺,同时考虑预算和生态责任。 - 创建图案和插图,制作草图和效果图。 - 与工厂开发样品,并确保从设计阶段到生产阶段的质量控制。 - 整理样品室。

6. Skills: 技能: a. Design software fluency is necessary (Adobe Creative Suite) and technical renderings tools (CLO3D, etc.). 需要熟练使用设计软件(Adobe Creative Suite)和技术渲染工具(CLO3D 等)。
b. Proven sense of fashion, creativity and practical application. 具备优先的时尚感、创造力和实际应用能力。
c. Knowledge of fabric processes, manufacturing of textile and bags and development of products under budget constraints. 了解面料工艺、纺织品和包袋的制造以及在预算限制下开发产品。
d. Experience handling prototyping with factories. 具有与工厂合作处理原型制作的经验。
