Requirements: IT background ITIL basic Bachelor degree Cloud Finops experience 1-2 years Finops Fundamental Azure fundamental Power BI pro user (with DAX query would be nice) DB basic would be nice English speak & write Soft skill on stakeholder management, communication, sense checking.
Work Scope: SHOWBACK/CHARGEBACK: Data collection and showback on resource usage,costs and spending from various cloud servicec providers and Analysis to identify trends,patterns,and anomalies: Adhere to financial regulations,internal policies and governace standards. Cost allocation to different business units,teams,projects,or indiniduals based on their usage of resources with tagging policies,as well as continuously decrease untagged resources Stakeholder communication to explain showback/chargeback reports,financial usage of resources,discuss cost allocation methodologies and address any questions or concerns. Billing for invoicing validation/conformation and get balance sheet for cost center Process improvement continuously by refining data collection methods,enhancing analysis techniques,and implementing best practices. FORECASTING&BUDGETING Leveraging the CFM tools with comprehensive consideration for tech stack, environment, performance and tagging data to generate prioritized technical and commercial recommencarions to drive tor clouc cost ootimization and savings. Track and report on the cloud optimization recommendations, showing status of implementations and benefits realized. Identify opportunities for commitment-based savings and monitor owned reservations/saving plans to ensure realization of expected benefits

TOOLS&AUTOMATION Leverage existing Mar's investments including ServiceNow ITSM, home-built database and Power BI for current daily FinOps Operations, as short term. For long-term consideration , to bring proprietary tooling and logic , with general FinOps framework to generate reports , advanced analytics , optimization opportunities etc.
