The link between Portugal operations and Asia operations it will be constant. RESPONSABILITIES: 61 Support and control all inbound deliveries from vendors to our fulfillment centers, outbound shipments to online and offline stores located in middle East, Far East, Latin America. 61 Ensuring all day-to-day tasks related to import and export transactions, shipping and invoicing, documentation, carriers cut off and bookings, track and trace and incidences quick resolution. 61 Collaborate with other areas as one unit (logistics, finance, buying, IT, planning, distribution, expansion, retail and product management) maximizing synergies and efficiencies. 61 Calculate estimated volumes for bookings arrangements. 61 Negotiate rates, contracts with logistics partners. 61 Follow up of shipments up to store / client delivery. 61 Invoices review and approval. 61 Calculate the operational KPIs and revise the operational activities with the logistics Partners PROFILE: 61 Bachelor’s degree in international trade or Logistics. 61 5+ professional experience in similar job role, preferential in major distribution, retail, forwarders, or consumer goods environment (mandatory). 61 Strong analytical ability, results driven and people oriented. 61 Proactive personality, with excellent communication, management and organizational skills. 61 Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. 61 Time flexibility, proactivity, ability to shift priorities according to business needs and strong responsibility awareness. 61 Confidence, passion and energy are all key elements needed to join PARFOIS!
