We are looking for an Optical Simulation engineer inside the R&D Function for the Els

Cluster and I&T display produce.

The candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

74 Support quotations of global display backlight and HUD project.

74 Support local and overseas optical designer to solve the quality issue about display.

74 Output the technical solutions based on customer expectations or concepts.

74 Integrate & coordinate display supply chain resources to output highly competitive solutions.

74 Guide suppliers to complete development according to standards.

74 Collaborate with QA/Purchasing team to complete supplier development and management.

74 Organize design reviews between suppliers and R&D center, including global .

74 Maintain global display project lessen learn/Norm/FMEA.

74 Study new Optical Simulation technologies

74 Report the workload and achievements to the professional line team leader.
