Functions objectives：
Ensure products in compliance with international regulations and customers’ PRSLs, while reducing the failure rate among company’s suppliers and overall cost of Chemical tests monitoring.


Main tasks and duties:
- Update the testing protocols based on clients’ PRSLs and inform Sourcing Manager, Production Managers, GZO dev. team, Laboratory Specialist.
- Support QAM in checking that suppliers confirm the receipt of the updated PRSL received by RAaCCE through an official email.
- Monitor and follow up the third party tests and follow up until cases are closed.
- Root cause/Corrective actions/Improvements until cases are closed.
- Update monthly test database.
- Support QAM to arrange trainings with suppliers.
- Support QAM to prepare the monthly payment with evaluation for cost reduction.


Competences required：
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree with Chemicals related majors, Master’s or higher degree will be preferred.
- Excellent English, Mandarin.
- Good command of office software.
- Attention to details.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills to deal with the factories.
- More than 2 years’ experience in third party lab(SGS/TUV/UL…etc)
