岗位职责: 1.Preparation of monthly / quarterly / yearly financial reporting under PRC GAAP and IFRS respectively. 编制符合中国会计制度和国际财务报告准测的财务报告。 2.Supervise an accounting team including AP, AR functions and oversee daily routines of Finance Department. 管理财务部日常事务及带领包括应收应付岗位的财务团队。 3.Preparation of forecast and budget. 编制季度和年度预算。 4.In charge of internal and external audit. 负责联络外审及内审事宜。 5.Assist in finance procedure establishment in a newly setup company. 辅助新设立公司的财务流程及规则制度的建立。 6.Assist to build up financial analysis module to offer more insights to support business initiatives. 辅助建立财务管理模型,为财务、运营决策提供更深入的洞察与数据支持。 7.Perform ad hoc duties and special assignments. 其他临时分析等任务。
任职要求: 1.Bachelor’s degree above in finance related is required, CPA or ACCA preferred. 学士学位或以上,CPA或ACCA优先考虑。 2.5-8 year relevant experience in real estate business or MNC. 5-8年房地产或外企相关经验。 3.Audit experience in big 4 company is a plus. 具有四大会计师事务所工作经验优先考虑。 4.English proficiency. 良好的英语听说读写能力。 5.Problem solving, good communication skill and team spirit. 良好的沟通和解决问题的能力,良好的团队合作精神。
