Key Responsibilities主要职责：
- Maintain order processing related data in Supply Chain system.
- Complete supply chain and other related forms.
- Attention for cost control of raw materials and auxiliary materials with overall consciousness and be able to implement.
- Collect and maintain import/export-related information and documentation.
- Prepare customs related documents and track customs clearance progress and resolve issues during the process.
- Cooperate with the supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery and compliance.
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy of tariffs and other costs related to customs processes.
- Regularly review and update customs declaration policies and practices.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

- 以全盘意识对各类原材料和辅料成本控制提出合理化建议并能够落地实施。
- 收集并整理进出口相关信息与资料。
- 准备报关资料，跟进清关进度并解决过程中遇到的问题。
- 配合供应链及仓库团队，确保货物顺利交付并符合要求。
- 监控并确保报关环节相关税费的准确性。
- 定期审查并更新报关流程和政策。
- 完成上级交办的其他事项。

Qualification/Competency Requirement资质/能力要求：
- More than 3 years working experience in supply chain, preferably in customs declaration or international logistics.
- Familiarity with customs policies and processes, as well as import/export regulations.
- Careful and rigorous work style, good teamwork ability, strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in computer and office software, knowledge of customs declaration software is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in English, especially in reading and writing related to customs documents.

- 具备3年以上供应链相关工作经验，尤其报关和国际物流相关经验优先。
- 熟悉海关政策与流程，了解进出口相关法规。
- 工作细致严谨，团队协作能力佳，具备较强的沟通及协调能力。
- 熟练操作计算机及office办公软件，熟练使用报关软件者优先。
- 良好的英文口语沟通能力，特别是与海关相关的文件的阅读和书写。
