岗位职责/ Job Responsibilities:：
1 负责计划、筹备和教授DSE经济课程，顺利完成教学任务Responsible for planning, preparing, and teaching DSE Economics courses to ensure the smooth completion of teaching tasks.
2 按时制定各项教授科目的教学计划，并按实际情况做出调整，促进教学目标的达成；Timely develop various subjects teaching plans and make adjustments according to actual situations to promote the achievement of teaching objectives.
3 准备和设置合乎规范的评估，定期书写成绩报告/ Prepare and set standardized assessments, regularly write grade reports.
4 跟进学生的学习情况、行为规范和成长动态，关注学生的身心健康发展/ Follow up on students' learning situations, behavior norms, and growth dynamics, paying attention to students' physical and mental health development.
5 遵照学校的教育发展规划，积极参与优化教学方案、课程研发、教研活动等工作 / Actively participate in optimizing teaching plans, curriculum development, and educational research activities in accordance with the school's educational development plan.
6 组织或协助开展各类教学或相关活动/ Organize or assist in various Economics teaching or related activities.
7 积极与学生和家长沟通，切实关怀，辅导学生提高学习成绩，巩固教学成果、营造良好的学习氛围/ Actively communicate with students and parents, provide effective care, guide students to improve their academic performance, consolidate teaching achievements, and create a good learning atmosphere.
8 配合学校开展教学行政事务、学生纪律等管理工作/ Cooperate with the school in carrying out teaching administrative affairs, student discipline, and other management work.
9 根据学校安排，参与课外活动、学校开放日等其他相关工作任务/ Participate in extracurricular activities, school open days, and other related tasks as arranged by the school.

任职要求/ Qualifications:：
本科及以上学历， Bachelor's degree or above,.
英语流利，能胜任国际学校日常教学工作/Fluent in English, capable of daily teaching work in international schools.
有教师资格证；Has teaching qualification certificate.
具有DSE教学经验、国际学校、双语学校教学经验者优先；Experience in DSE teaching, experience in international schools, or bilingual schools is preferred.
