Position Summary / 职位概况 Working with (IT Manager, Network) to manage all Network devices of Great China, the delivery of network related projects and support for any network related issues/incidents and topics in daily work. Enhance the stability and security of network service and improve the efficiency & quality of project delivery to support the business continuously.
Main Tasks / 主要任务
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1、Solution & Project Delivery Support for network related requirements with assessment, solution design and in-time delivery. Cooperate with CIT network & APAC network team to deliver Global or local network projects. Support the delivery of network security related project/tasks to local.
2、Daily support of network related topics Tier 2 support for Greater China network incidents, overall handling tickets, change request and demand progressing, etc. Investigate network issues and support the issue elimination with a proper efficiency. Monitor the status of all network devices and take advance or immediate actions if need. Support and monitor all activities of production network. Provide network technical awareness training internally to IT team to improve *** level of support efficiency.
3、Cyber security management Manage the operation and optimization of ISO27001-ISMS system in daily work. Cooperate with corporate security team to establish and deliver security projects/solutions to enhance security level of local business & operation. Work as the *** contactor to address all security activities and incidents. Provide network security awareness training to all user to improve the awareness of network security.
4、Documentations Maintain Write and maintain network technical/process documentations.
5、Other IT responsibilities as assigned by line manager.
Requirements / 要求 1、Bachelor (or above) degree in Network technology or equivalent. 2、At least 5 years’ experience working in MNC with network management. 3、Solid understanding and operation experience of network configuration/trouble shooting/project delivery. 4、Proficient in WAN/LAN/SDWAN technology, i.e., MPLS, OSPF, EIGRP, VTP, VLAN, VSS, SDWAN, DHCP, DNS, other script (Python, PHP) experience for network auto maintenance is a plus. 5、Rich trouble shooting experience in a large & sophisticated network environment. 6、Project management for network related projects is mandatory. 7、Azure based network environment experience is a plus. 8、Knowledge & Experience of cyber security management (ISO27001-ISMS) and project delivery is a plus. 9、Hands-on experience of network monitoring system builds up and optimization is a plus.85 Other skills / 其他技能 1、Excellent presentation skills. 2、Excellent communication and documentation skills. 3、MCSE, CCNA or CCNP certificate is Must. 4、English language skills: Proficient in writing, reading, listening, and speaking. 5、Familiar with Zscaler/Velocloud/Modern infrastructure monitoring system is a plus.
