Overview: We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Project Manager to join our team and lead the management of export projects. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage multiple projects, streamline processes, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute project plans for export projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
● Lead cross-functional teams to manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
● Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Industry, suppliers, logistics providers, regulation, customs team, and supply planning team, to ensure smooth execution of export projects.
● Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or disruptions.
● Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export controls, and sanctions.
● Analyze project data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and partners to enhance project outcomes.
● Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
● A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on export operations.
● Proven track record of managing complex projects in a dynamic environment.
● Excellent knowledge of international trade regulations, export controls, and compliance requirements.
● Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
● Experience with project management tools.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of an organization.
● Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
