Job Description 1.Take responsible for IRF China sales target in South China. 2.Networking in South China in industry refrigeration area, developing and cooperating with stakeholders, like CAR, Design house and so on. 3.key person approaching with top management of big customers and association in South China. 4.Business partner service and maintains, developing new partner and support them to be growth in South China 5.Support MarCom on event and market activities in South China. 6.team development and people development in sales team 7.Full responsible for IRF China application team managment. 8.Drive new application development in IRF China hotspots in South China, mainly in Guangdong and Hunan. Background and skills 1.Above 5 years’ working experience. 2.IRF background is valued. 3.Good Learning and communication competence. 4.Bachelor degree or above. 5.Result driven on sales target and supportive in the team 6.Willing to learn and study new skill/knowledge. Be curious in new working task.
