JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. 跟踪新订单并正确处理订单
To follow up new booking and correctly process keeps in orders
2. 执行订舱、清关、发货/提货安排、结帐和发票
Execute booking space, customs clearance and delivery / pick- up arrangement, job close and invoice
3. 向海外代理商反馈已执行的活动和发生的费用
Feedback to overseas agents on executed activities and incurred charges
4. 通过提供及时、友好和卓越的操作，确保客户满意度和业务保留率
Ensure customers’ satisfaction and business retention by providing timely, friendly and excellent operation
5. 与各方及供应商进行良好的沟通
Good communication with all concerning parties and service providers
6. 完成分配的其他任务，如有异常情况及时报告
Any other tasks assigned and report in time if any irregular situation occur
REQUIREMENTS:
1. 2-5年货运代理工作经验
2-5 years’ experiences in freight forwarding company
2. 了解Cargowise 系统优先考虑
Familiar with Cargo Wise system is plus
3. 熟悉海关清关流程
Familiar with the custom clearance procedure
4. 良好的沟通能力
Good communications skills
5. 团队合作精神
Teamwork spirit
6. 良好的英语听说读写能力
Good English both oral and written
7. 能够在压力下工作
Ability to work under pressure
8. 有欧美线运营经验者优先考虑
Has operation work experiences on Europe, USA line will be a plus
