Main tasks
· Analyze business process, SOP and related settings, highlight business issues to management and business groups, and proactively identify opportunities and make proposals for operational/financial improvements to support business group to achieve annual targets.
· Support the fulfillment of ZEISS group strategic goals by spotting business risks，analyzing the reasonableness and effectiveness of internal control measures, streamline processes and measures for improvements;
· Continuous improvement of Internal Control system;
· Provide value-added and feasible solutions to mitigate risks and improve working efficiency;
· Support Group or GC level internal control or audit projects by serving as coordinator, analyst and opinion promoter;
· On-site audit for high-risk activities, travelling to some extent is necessary;
· Keep track of open audit issues and proactively aid business functions to fulfill the aligned improvement tasks;
· Contribute in terms of corporate governance and compliance by working closely with legal & compliance, as well as controlling functions;
· Provide professional financial advices/proposals/actionable measures to support projects;
· Other assigned tasks by the supervisor.
Education
University degree: Bachelor or above, major in accounting, finance or business, CIA Certificate preferred.

Work Experience
At least 5 years experience ideally gained through internal control, process improvement or controlling positions at MNC. FMCG experience is a must to this position.

A protential or proved leader, project management experience preferred;
Fluent in English both in written and spoken;
Energetic, highly motivated ,self-confident & logic thinking;
ERP/ SAP system/U8/PPT knowledge preferred.
