职位描述
Responsible for performing assigned role in a safe manner and complying with corporate and local all safety policies
61Responsible for growing PSA T&L business in China by identification of new business opportunities, and maintain the existing business;
61Achieve sales target by managing sales, margin, AR, new business development etc;
61Develop business plan & execute strategy to grow the business with one PSA technology.
61Build up network and customer intimacy throughout the value chain in order to identify new opportunities at an early stage and engage resources accordingly to support them.
61Build strong partnership with key strategic accounts for long term business;
61Develop and manage the distribution channel to grow the business;
Education教育: BS degree, major in Chemicals or related is preferred;
Experience经验: 3~6 years sales experiences in specialty chemicals industries, particular label/tape and special film application experience is preferred;

Skills 技能: Language skills: Conversational in English; Good interpersonal and
communication skills; High sense of responsibility; Excellent selling skill. Strong influence power;
Self motivation; Good learning capability
