- Very good command on English language.
- Communication skills in Chinese language will be an added advantage.
- Good team player and should have management skills.
- To be able to manage & control operations in a big organization covering
several departments (Office administration, Logistics, Quality control, IT
system management)
- At least 5-8 years of working in a supervisor / manager capacity in an
International company in Operations.
- Should be able to create & implement inter department workflows in an
organization.
- Should have experience in managing ERP / CRM systems in an
organization. Having an background or experience in IT would be an
added advantage.
- Should have experience in China Export business.
- Detail-oriented, data-driven, organized, and process-driven, analytical.- - Good knowledge of computers including MS-Excel, powerpoint etc.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations and demands
- Focus on the customer and their needs and expectations
- Awareness of the needs and goals of other business functions like
accounts, sales
- Leadership skills and able to manage a team of 8-15 people
