Role Summary The Contract Logistics BD Manager is responsible for developing new Contract Logistics business in China. Responsibilities 61Drive new business in sectors such as retail, consumer goods, healthcare and industrial, formulate new business develop plan based on target industry segment or targeted regions. 61New business development with focus on Contract Logistics products and meet objectives and budget on new business gain. 61Lead customer meetings and sales visits and able to provide and present tailored and innovative solutions to potential customers. 61Lead in engagements and strategic customer interfaces with key account contacts to identify further business opportunities with existing and potential customers. 61Collaborate with Asia regional BD team and handle sales lead properly. 61Work on RFQ/RFP responses, manage the bid process and work closely with solution team. Requirements 61Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management. 61Solid business development experience in contract logistics company. 61Proven success in business development and customer pipeline 61Ability to effectively handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously 61Solid understanding of transportation/logistics / supply chain management 61Good communication and interpersonal as well as strong relationship building skills 61Superior customer relationship management skills 61Self-driving is preferred. 61Strong written and oral communications skills 61Excellent written and spoken in English and Mandarin.
