职位名称: 项目采购工程师(室内装潢设计) Job Title: Project Procurement Engineer (Interior Design and Decoration) 职位描述 Job Description 我们正在寻找一名经验丰富的项目采购工程师,专注于室内装潢设计项目的采购工作,负责制定采购计划、优化供应链、并确保材料和服务的质量、成本及交付时间均达到项目需求。 We are looking for an experienced Project Procurement Manager specializing in interior design projects to develop procurement strategies, optimize the supply chain, and ensure materials and services meet project requirements in terms of quality, cost, and delivery schedules. 主要职责 Key Responsibilities 1.采购策略制定 *根据海外项目的需求制定采购计划。 *分析理解中国的市场趋势,识别潜在供应商及采购机会。 *Develop and implement procurement plans based on the needs of overseas projects. *Analyze market trends in China to identify potential suppliers and procurement opportunities. 2.供应商管理 *寻找、评估和选择优质的供应商。 *建立并维护与供应商的长期合作关系,谈判合同条款,确保***的产品,质量和服务。 *Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers. *Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contract terms, and ensure optimal product, quality & service. 3.采购执行 *与海外项目经理协调,执行采购计划。 *跟进采购订单,协调物流及库存管理。 *Coordinate with project manager oversea, implement procurement plans. *Monitor purchase orders and coordinate logistics. 4.成本与预算控制 *监督采购成本,优化资源分配以实现成本节约。 *确保所有采购活动符合项目预算及财务要求。 *Oversee procurement costs and optimize resource allocation to achieve cost savings. *Ensure all procurement activities align with project objective and financial requirements. 5.质量控制 *确保采购的材料和服务符合设计标准、项目规范及质量要求。 *解决与材料或服务相关的任何问题或投诉。 *Ensure procured materials and services meet design standards, project specifications, and quality requirements. *Address any issues or complaints related to materials or services. 6.协作与报告 *与设计团队、项目经理和施工团队协作,确保采购与项目需求无缝对接。 *定期向管理层汇报采购进展及关键绩效指标(KPI)。 *Collaborate with design teams, project managers, and construction teams to ensure procurement aligns seamlessly with project needs. *Provide regular progress reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management. 职位要求 Requirements 1.学历与专业 *本科及以上学历,供应链管理、采购管理、室内设计或相关专业。 *Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Interior Design, or related fields. 2.经验 *至少5年以上采购管理经验,具有室内设计或装潢领域经验者优先。 *At least 5 years of experience in procurement management, preferably in the interior design or decoration industry. 3.技能 *熟悉室内装潢材料、家具及设备的采购渠道和市场趋势。 *具备优秀的谈判技巧和供应商管理能力。 *熟练室内设计施工图纸。 *Knowledgeable about procurement channels and market trends for interior decoration materials, furniture, and equipment. *Strong negotiation skills and supplier management capabilities. *Skilled in interior design and construction drawings. 4.语言能力 *具备良好的中英文能力,能够处理国际采购业务者优先。 *Proficiency in Chinese and English, with the ability to handle international procurement tasks preferred. 5.其他 *能适应出差任务, 并根据需要灵活地在项目现场工作。 *具备优秀的沟通能力和良好的人际关系 *Willingness to travel and flexibility to work on project sites as required. *Excellent communication skills & strong interpersonal skills.
