We are looking for an individual with great ideas who can bring creativity and positivity to both strategic thinking and day-to-day operations, to lead our Project Management Office (PMO).
Principal Responsibilities: This role is crucial in driving the success of DBS Tech China, partnering closely with Business and Supporting units to execute strategic initiatives, provide operational supports, and foster strong internal and external relationships.
1. Vendor Resource Management: Overseeing the entire vendor lifecycle, from onboarding to payment, ensuring adherence to SLAs, and tracking utilization and costs.
2. Outsourcing Management: Developing and enforcing governance processes and procedures across entities for outsourcing.
3. Strategy Support: Assisting the CEO and executives with preparing of presentations and meeting material. Lead and support the execution of strategic plan, collaborating with business and support units to ensure seamless program and project delivery.
4. People Transformation: Leading initiatives that promote staff engagement, company culture, and social responsibility through activities and community involvement.
Requirements: 61 Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration or relevant field; 61 With 10 years+ experience in relevant fields. Experience in project management, vendor management, negotiations across MSA, NDA etc would be highly preferred; 61 Experience in handling onshore/offshore resourcing model would be highly preferred; 61 Self-starter with the ability to work independently without close supervision; 61 Strategic thinking combined with strong execution capability; 61 Strong interpersonal & stakeholder engagement skills; 61 High level of problem-solving aptitude and demonstrated organizational skills; 61 Ability and experience in preparing and delivering presentations; 61 Good written and oral communication in both English and Chinese language.
