2. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate buying conditions, and ensure compliance with company standards and policies.

3. Continuously browse the market to find new options to add value to supply chain by finding new suppliers or innovative product.

4. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions, identify trends and continuously optimize sourcing processes.

Requirements:
1. College education or above in Management, Economics, Marketing, International trade or Engineering..
大专或以上学历，管理、经济、市场营销、国际贸易或工程等相关专业。
2. At least 2 years working experience in international trade environment and similar areas.
至少2年或以上的国际贸易及相关领域工作经验。
3. Sourcing experience in one or more of the following categories: Toys, Stationery, Houseware, DIY&Garden, Pet Care, Luggage, Sports, Textiles.
具有以下类别（一个或以上）的采购经验：玩具，文具，家居用品，工具（如螺丝批），花园用品，宠物用品，行李箱包，运动类产品，纺织品。
4. Familiar with quality and testing requirements for export to European Union Countries (for related products would be a plus).

5. Good sense of responsibility, good communication skills and team work ability, able to work independently and under pressure.

7. Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin.

8. PC skill: Efficient in the use of office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.).

It would be a plus（加分项）:
- Experience in similar position in European company or local trading selling to Europe.

- Knowledge and experience of use of design Artworks and photo/video edition.
