Key Responsibilities: · Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and financial reporting. · Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with local regulations and IFRS. · Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. · Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. · Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and recommendations that support strategic business decisions. · Manage the annual budget process and provide regular financial forecasts to support planning and decision-making. · Ensure proper internal controls are in place to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity. · Maintain awareness of current financial regulations and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and operational excellence. · Oversee the preparation and filing of all tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations. · Act as the primary liaison with external auditors for the annual audit process. · Other tasks assigned by superior. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. · Minimum of 10 years of experience in the accounting and manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years in a management role. · Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws. · Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. · Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Navision and SAP are preferred. · Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
