§ Assist lead instructors in the preparation and delivery of course materials, including lectures, presentations, and discussions. § Support the grading process for assignments, examinations, and projects while providing constructive feedback to students. § Conduct supplemental review sessions and study workshops to enhance student understanding of course content. § Facilitate communication between students and faculty, addressing queries and concerns promptly and professionally. § Participate in departmental meetings and contribute ideas to improve the curriculum and student engagement. § Assist in the organization of departmental events, including guest lectures, seminars, and field trips. § Complete other assignments from department leaders
Qualifications and Requirements: § Bachelor’s degree or above, applicants with History Education related major preferred; § Require Chinese and English bilingual communication skills; § Experience in children's History teaching preferred;
§ Hold current Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure or equivalent for countries lived in outside of the UK § Compliance with visa requirements for working in China
