Your Role As A Lifestyle Concierge: 1 Will be expected to build sound knowledge of any customers during interactions, to ensure a personalized interaction and ultimately to stablish a credible rapport 2 Strives to leave the customer with a positive customer experience after every contact 3 Providing innovative and resourceful solutions and recommendations to all types of requests 4 Able to consult and advise customers to assess travel needs and provide accurate and timely information regarding requests. 5 Is able to be highly resourceful, solution-oriented show a strong investigative nature 6 Is actively seeking for the latest and most updated information relative to lifestyle needs and trends to be able to support the lifestyle needs of affluent customers. 7 Has a detailed understanding of client’s brand promise, and uses program benefits and privileges to better fulfill customer requests. 8 As a brand ambassador for our clients, represents clients' brands in a professional manner that builds their market profile. 9 Seeks to provide the best possible customer experience. Ideal Candidate Profile: 1 Candidates with ability to speak in Cantonese (must) 2 Diploma in Mass Communication, Business Studies, Tourism or other relevant fields 3 5+ years of customer service experience in travel/tourism, hospitality, retail, hotel/guest services. 4 Experience in the Concierge industry is an added advantage. 5 Omni channel work experience is preferred – phone, email and chat 6 Leisure travel agency experience is preferred 7 Firsthand city knowledge of local events and ability to spot trends nationwide 8 Experience working directly with international contacts for the fulfillment of reservations 9 Proven experience working with affluent customers 10 Strong communication and customer service skills Be Ready For: Rotating Shift based schedule (covering weekends and public holidays) Work location will be at Hong Kong office
