During Project Phase项目执行阶段:
1. Fulling involve as Project Commissioning engineer during Project installation, commissioning, test phase, HLC control Software, IT infra, control interface, process stress test, to build up project knowledge. 全程项目安装、调试、测试等项目阶段工作，接受项目团队领导，完成项目团队布置的任务，建立行李系统项目、产品和IT control的技能知识；
During Service Phase 售后运维阶段
2. Operate and support on HLC Control Software, which is Core Function in Bag Handling system. 对行李系统核心应用软件—分拣控制系统提执行软件运行并提供技术支持；
3. Maintain and improve hardware, software, servers, databases and controls on site. 维护现场硬件、软件、服务器、数据库和控制系统；
4. Hardware, software, cluster servers, databases, network and communication systems related to the automated bag handling system as scoped in service contract. 执行维保合同范围内与自动化行李系统相关的硬件、软件、集群服务器、数据库、网络和通信系统维护；
5. Decreases response time when controls appear to have problems, and guides the PLC &EM to solve the problem based on the status of the whole system. 不断优化故障响应时间，并根据整个系统状态指导PLC及电气工程师处理IT控制以及高层应用等任务；
6. Control alignment will be optimized and all configurations will be well documented. 通过优化控制逻辑及参数，提升系统表现；
7. Solve unique but definite problems. 能够解决新出现的问题；
8. Offers professional arguments as the basis for making choices and for convincing the people concerned. 当客户需要时，向相关人员提供专业且具有说服力的论据；
9. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of system software. 执行高层控制系统的维护性保养；
10. 7*24 shift work when project go-live. 提供7*24小时运维服务，此岗位在开航后需要倒班；
11. To carry out other tasks assigned by line manager. 执行上级经理临时安排的任务。
任职资格:
1. Bachelor degree or above in computer, network or information technology. 拥有计算机、网络或信息技术专业本科学历及以上，具备云平台的技术知识，如iaas,paas，熟悉openstack或者kvm产品；
2. Professional coordination capabilities & communication management. 具备沟通协调能力；
3. Able to work under and cope with pressure. 能够在压力下工作；
4. Shift job require according the requirement of Airport operation, might be 24 hours in different shift. 根据机场运营的要求，可能需要24小时轮班；
5. Response and follow up with Service Center in Shanghai and Global service desk for site troubleshooting and final solution implementation onto HLC & IT related problem. 响应并跟进上海服务中心和全球服务中心对高层控制及IT相关问题的现场故障排除和实施最终解决方案；
6. Flexibility to temporarily adjust schedule if needed. 如果需要，可灵活临时调整工作表。
