Key Responsibilities:

61 Familiarize domestic and international logistics process for chemical products 熟悉化学产品的国内外物流流程
61 Follow up the entire procurement process 跟进整个采购过程
61 Communicate with local & overseas suppliers and customers about shipment arrangement 与国内外供应商和客户沟通货物装运安排
61 Prepare and check the entire relative shipping documents; 准备并审核所有相关货运文件
61 Coordinate with 3PLs, including shipping agents, warehouses to ensure smooth logistics flow 与第三方物流公司协调，包括货运代理、仓库等，确保物流流程顺畅;
61 Arrange cargo export operations 安排货物出口作业;
61 Check and verify the charge list 检查并确认费用清单 ;

Qualifications & Requirements:
经验和背景要求
61 Rapid reactivity to deal with issue 快速应对处理物流过程中出现的各种问题，确保结果及时有效交付;
61 Proficient in office software applications. 熟练使用办公软件。
61 With hazardous chemicals and cold chain experience of logistic knowledge 具有处理危险品和冷链物流的知识经验;
61 Above 1 years working experience about import and export customs clearance process, especially Hazardous goods 具有三年以上的进出口清关流程工作经验，尤其是危险品；
61 Major in International Trading / Logistics is preferred 国际贸易/物流专业优先；
61 Strong communication skill both in English and Mandarin 英语和普通话沟通能力较强；
61 High sense of responsibility and self-driver. 具有高度责任心，自我驱动
