Responsibility
- User support for windows, lotus notes, Microsoft Office
- PCs and LAN equipment installation/setup and troubleshooting
- Escalate and report to level two engineer when the problem is not able to resolved remotely


Education/experience
- 1 years experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of Windows 7 and 10, Windows server 2012 and 2016, Exchange 2010 and 2013
- Very good English speaking skills

- Motivated, ability to work in team environment
- Oral English is good enough for daily work
- Must be well organized and attentive to detail
- Ability and willing to work in an international environment
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work under great pressure
- Good communicator, able to share knowledge to the others ,able to learn and summarize new techniques
