1、识别招聘需求,组织资源,及时完成招聘任务;To identify hiring needs, organize resources and complete recruitment tasks in a timely manner.
2、收集和反馈人才市场信息,评价、维护和更新各种招聘渠道;Deep dive in talent market, collect and analyze market information, manage hiring traffics in effective and strategic manner.
3、宣讲、组织实施相关招聘招聘活动,如校招,以满足各类招聘要求;Preach, organize and implement related hiring event to meet various recruitment requirements, like campus hiring.
4、负责公司组织图维护和更新,负责职位中英文名称、JD的管理和更新;Be responsible for the maintenance and update of the company's organization chart, responsible for the management and update of the Chinese and English name of the position and JD.
5、负责员工试用期跟进工作;WD系统招聘入职流程的跟进; Be responsible for staff probation follow-up work, including the the recruitment process of WD system.
6、协助培训专员组织培训的实施,负责部分新员工入职培训的讲授;Assist in organizing the implementation of training, and deliver lecture of on-boarding training for new employees.
7、策划、组织、协调系列活动,以满足公司(G7)文化建设需要;Plan, organize and coordinate activities to contribute to company's cultural construction.
8、了解员工动态,建立积极的员工关系,主导处理各种争议和纠纷;Build up network with staffs, establish positive employee relationship, and lead the handling of various ER disputes.
9、上司临时安排的其他工作。Other work assigned by supervisor.
任职要求 Requirements
1、 本科及以上学历,3年及以上人事相关经验,至少1年薪酬或招聘经验; Bachelor degree or above, more than 3yrs' HR experience, including at lease 1yr experience in C&B or recruitment.
2、 有制造业从业经验为优; Experience in Manufacturing industry is preferred;
3、良好的组织和分析能力, 熟悉Office软件,特别是Excel和Word,有使用人事管理软件的经验为佳; Good logic thinking, proficient in MS Office, experience on HRM software is preferred.
4、良好的口头表达能力,英文听说读写熟练; Good oral communication skills, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
