Job Descriptions: 1. Develop a PR communication plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics
2. Manage and coordinate PR activities and events with journalists, customers and/or community stakeholders to increase T05V Rheinland’s brand awareness in China
3. Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast, online and social media
4. Leverage existing media relations and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
5. Manage media inquiries and interview requests
6. Create content for press releases, byline articles, speech, advertorial and keynote presentations
7. Disseminate and leverage news items about T05V Rheinland business and company successes to build T05V Rheinland’s public profile in China through increased media coverage. Track key industry media editorial calendars to pitch stories in China
8. Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to grow brand awareness
9. Coordinate with social media team to engage audiences across traditional and new media
10. Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising
11. Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a monthly basis
12. Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations
13. Build up and own crisis management to ensure corporate business compliance and effective reaction to external/internal events
14. Identify, solicit, cultivate and manage a portfolio of chambers of commerce, associations, co-operations, technical associations
Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, with major in media/journalism/PR/communication or related field
2. At least 5 years of working experience in PR/corporate communication is required, marketing researching and new media operation experience is preferred
3. Exceptional writing, editing and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English
4. Proven track record designing and executing successful PR campaigns at national level
5. Strong relationship with both local and national business, industry and social media outlets
6. Experience in handling broadcast and print media interviews
