Responsibility: 1. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE: 61 Conduct comprehensive research to gather and analyse the regulatory requirements of products based on country-specific legislations. This information will underpin client registration programs. 61 Proactively obtain, meticulously review, and effectively disseminate essential documentation for product registration or release. 61 Keep the internal team abreast of regulatory changes through regular training and knowledge sharing sessions. 2. COMMUNICATION AND TRAINING: 61 Internally, provide detailed and accurate information to Product Development (PD), Sales, and Buyers regarding all facets of regulatory compliance, product testing, and country-specific requirements. Develop and distribute guideline documents to support key topics. 61 Collaborate closely with Innovation and Production Development teams. Scrutinize marketing copy presentations for compliance and review client-specific compliance presentations. 61 Externally, engage with clients and vendors to understand and address their regulatory needs, ensuring seamless communication and support. 3. COMPLIANCE TESTING: 61 Take charge of managing and ensuring that all requirements for sensory/applications, as well as third-party testing for product claims, are met. This includes adhering to country laws, packaging recyclability mandates, and obtaining relevant certifications such as GSR, DMI, FSC. 4. REGULATORY GUIDELINES AND STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES (SOPs): 61 Maintain and vigilantly monitor SOPs, including but not limited to IL review, to guarantee continuous compliance. 5. ARTWORK COMPLIANCE: 61 Offer expert advice on regulatory artwork requirements, ensuring that all visual elements of the product packaging and labelling meet the necessary standards. 6. PROJECT DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT: 61 Attend development meetings from a regulatory perspective. Provide specific testing requirements and ensure that factory selection complies with all relevant regulations. 7. REGULATORY MONITORING: 61 Actively participate in seminars, webinars, and engage with external consultants to stay updated on the latest regulatory trends and changes. 8. DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT: 61 Systematically save and monitor regulatory documents for each project, ensuring easy access and traceability.
