Job Responsibilities: The Key Account Manager demonstrates leadership in communicating business goals, sales strategy and tactics, and processes for assigned Key Accounts in areas/segments. In this role you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals to ensure a compliant and sustainable business growth in assigned areas. 1. Responsible for Key Account management in all aspects of Key Account development and growth including sales strategy and tactics development, opportunity identification, value added solution providing and communication/ influencing, organize company internal resources to ensure customer loyalty and business results.· 2. Responsible for the effective and profitable conduct of the sales and service function of Key Accounts served. 3. Responsible to find and dig business opportunities arises from Key Accounts, define areas to penetrate and grow profitability, lead and manage the projects to ensure the hitting rate. 4. Interface with the BD team, marketing team, R&D team, TS team to drive high value solutions leveraging the company portfolio 5. Serve as an intermediary for solutions detailed understanding of customer’s business model and how Company’s products and services develop and deliver added value to the customer 6. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Job Requirement: 1. Bachelor's degree 2. CET 4 3. Considerable experience in Energy Industry 4. Key Account Management experiences. 5. At least 3 years Project Management experiences. 6. Good communication and Influencing skills 7. Analysis and judgment ability 8. Highly self-motivated 9. Good at English, both writing and reading 10. Knowledge of protecting paint technology
