· Working toward a comprehensive knowledge of Global Mobility and sales principles through a structured learning program · General support tasks such as co-ordination of diaries, coordination of internal meetings, meeting follow ups · Assisting marketing with client event co-ordination · Support to create sales proposals, information packs and presentations for the Business Development team · Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Business Development team · Evaluate and qualify new web leads · Entry level prospecting, including cold calling and scheduling new business meetings · Accompanying the Business Development Manager to client meetings · Assisting the Business Development Manager to qualify opportunities, advance and develop opportunities · Support and manage smaller competitive quote customers or multi bid panels · Help to manage our internal CRM Microsoft Dynamics, including reporting · Attend annual sales conferences / training seminars and networking functions
