I. Job Overview
Responsible for the promotion and sales of the company's video measuring instrument products in the international market, deeply explore overseas customer resources, achieve sales performance targets, and significantly enhance the company's brand awareness and influence in the international market.
II. Job Responsibilities
1. Market Development
o Focus on international target markets. In the field of video measuring instruments, conduct in-depth research on industry trends, analyze the strengths and weaknesses of competitors, and accurately grasp the needs of potential customers for high-precision measurement solutions to formulate practical and feasible market development strategies.
o Actively participate in international renowned industrial exhibitions, professional measurement technology seminars and other activities to comprehensively showcase the highlights of the company's video measuring instrument products, and make every effort to expand the overseas customer network and tap high-potential sales leads.
2. Customer Development and Maintenance
o Take the initiative to establish contact with overseas potential customers through various means such as telephone, email, and online video conferences. From a professional perspective, introduce in detail the advanced functions, high-precision measurement advantages, and customized services of the company's video measuring instruments to efficiently promote cooperation intentions.
o Closely follow up on customer needs, collaborate with the technical team to provide accurate and professional measurement solutions, and promptly and properly handle customers' inquiries and complaints regarding instrument selection, operation, after-sales maintenance, etc., and establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships with dedication to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Sales Performance Achievement
o Based on the company's overall sales goals and combined with the characteristics of the video measuring instrument market, carefully formulate personal international sales plans, rationally plan and efficiently execute sales activities to ensure the successful completion of annual sales tasks.
o Lead the entire negotiation process of video measuring instrument sales contracts, from finalizing commercial terms to confirming technical details, ensuring smooth contract signing and strict execution, coordinating all related resources to ensure on-time and high-quality order delivery, and carefully follow up on the payment collection process.
4. Sales Data Analysis
o Regularly collect, meticulously sort, and deeply analyze the sales data of video measuring instruments in the international market, covering key dimensions such as sales performance trends, geographical and industrial sources of customers, and hot issues in market feedback, to provide a strong basis for the dynamic optimization of sales strategies.
o Real-time monitor the dynamic changes in the international video measuring instrument market and the latest product trends and market strategies of competitors, and provide timely and accurate feedback on key market information to help the company continuously optimize and upgrade its products and innovate services.
III. Qualifications
1. Educational Background
o Bachelor's degree or above, majors in mechanical engineering, optical engineering, international trade, marketing, foreign languages or related fields are preferred.
2. Language Skills
o Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, able to communicate with foreign customers on professional technical issues without obstacles. Knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus.
3. Work Experience
o Have 2 years or more of international sales work experience, be familiar with the sales process of international industrial products, especially precision measuring instruments, and have outstanding cases of successfully developing overseas industrial customers.
o Have an in-depth understanding of the international market of the video measuring instrument industry, and be familiar with the characteristics, technical parameters, and application scenarios of mainstream brand products.
4. Skills Requirements
o Proficient in using office software (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
o Be able to efficiently manage customer resources and accurately track sales progress.
o Possess excellent business negotiation skills, and be able to communicate and coordinate flexibly in complex scenarios where technology and business intersect, demonstrating outstanding adaptability.
5. Quality Requirements
o Possess super self-motivation, excellent stress resistance, and a firm goal-oriented awareness, and be able to calmly adapt to the challenges of international business trips and working across time zones.
o Have a keen insight into the international precision measuring instrument market, be innovative, and dare to challenge and break through sales targets in fierce competition.
