Responsibilities:
1.Perform ongoing support and maintenance of hardware, software and networking related issues
2.Server, Daily Backup, Anti-Virus server Installation, Configuration and administration
3.Router, Wifi, Firewall installation, Configuration and administration
4.Wifi, Network and system setup for shop relocation
5.Disaster Recovery
6.Desktop, laptop, Tablet installation, configuration and administration
7.Daily operation including monitor IT system health status, system performance and security control
8.Perform trouble shooting to diagnose and resolve problems over the phone, or onsite
9.Assist with the implementation of IT projects

Requirements:
1.Degree or above in Computer Science, Network System in IT or related disciplines
2.3 years or more relevant working experience in system engineer
3.Hands-on writing script for daily task automation
4.Hands-on experience in Virtualization Technology (VMware vSphere 5.x or up)
5.Hands-on experience in router, switches, firewall, VPN and DNS
6.Hands-on experience in Microsoft Windows Server, Linux operating system
7.Hands-on experience in administering users and computers via Active Directory
8.Knowledge of POS is an advantage but not essential
9.Good interpersonal and communication skills
10.Self-motivated, responsible and positive working attitude
11.Candidates with less experience will be considered as IT Support
12.Proficiency both in Cantonese and Mandarin
