ABOUT YOUR ROLE 职位描述 Assistant Procurement Lead is responsible for contribution to Nansha Procurement efforts to efficiently and effectively enable spend owner such as business unit and functional partners maximize the value they receive from suppliers to meet their objectives The process starts with demand management that then drives supply analysis/strategy, supplier identification, sourcing execution, contract negotiation, delivery planning and monitoring, purchase execution, and then ongoing performance management and improvement. Deliver cost savings opportunities to the organization, and assist in developing commodity strategy
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE 工作职责: Creation and management of short, mid, and long terms goals and objectives for all categories Creation and improvement of best practice based processes Management of procurement process related activities Identification and realization of cost-saving and cost reduction opportunities Management of procurement systems Management of procurement staff in and across sourcing, contracting, transactional purchasing, supplier management, and miscellaneous internal procurement support activities. Analyze categories spend Manage and monitor Supplier Performance, solve issues with suppliers if any Develop and maintain supplier pool Analyze and understand the cost drivers associated with each category/supplier Benchmark current products across suppliers and identifying consolidation opportunity Support on related projects if required
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU 职位要求: Bachelor’s degree, at least 5-7years’experience in procurement working experience of procurement (preferably in the organization with a big or mature procurement organization) Strong leadership skill In-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles and best practices Strong negotiation skill to use for large commercial deal Experience with modern sourcing and procurement systems Strategic mindset and problem-solving skill Full bi-lingual in English and Chinese and good communication skill Able to perform overtime work Good at communication and multi-function team work, problem solving and continuous improvement approach Positive, responsible, strong in coordination and execution Strong data collection and analysis ability Strong personal integrity and have a good team spirit
