Job Purpose : To oversee and manage the entire supply chain operations from order and materials planning, procurement and vendor development, materials supply, production capacity utilization, to distribution, product packaging and logistics management. This job position strives to provide our customers and consumers with the best-valued products and services reliably at the right time, and at the right cost through driving supply chain excellence, productivity and innovation Key Responsibilities : 1) Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives and market demands 2) Manage the end-to-end supply chain process including receiving requests/sales orders, converting to production orders, material control, purchasing, warehouse management, and stone grading/sorting functions. 3) Continuously improve and optimize the supply chain processes through operation analytics to drive process excellence and cost effectiveness. 4) Develop new vendors, acquire new technologies, source new materials, updated manufacturing and supply chain processes to increase our product and service competitiveness. 5) Manage regional procurement and purchasing operations and provide cost-effective solutions. 6) Monitor and manage logistics solutions to optimize the product and material distribution costs and improve efficiency in all locations. 7) Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards. 8) Collaborate with other departments and establish service levels standards, develop coordinated plans for business growth and sustainability. 9) Resolve issues that arise in the supply chain process.
Qualification : 1) Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management/Engineering/Business or related discipline 2) Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain and/or operation management 3) Proven experience in building and implementation of regional/global supply chain framework 4) Certification in supply chain management (e.g. CSCP/CPSM)preferred) 5) Solid experience in jewellery industry is highly preferred 6) Management experience and capable in leader cross-functional teams to deliver objectives Skills and Competencies : 1) Strong leadership and team management skills 2) Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities 3) Proficient in supply chain management functions and performance metrics 4) Effective communication in English and Chinese/Thai 5) Good interpersonal and presentation skills 6) Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 7) Strong multitasking and project management abilities Work Environment : Office-based with occasional travel to other locations
