Responsibilities: · Identify & exploit business opportunities through superior consumer, market and competitor trends understanding. · Develop category strategies based on consumer/shopper insights, competitive threats and brand issues and opportunities. · Applies understanding of local consumers, customers, and competitors to adapt the global bundle while sustaining the global strategy and product message. · Work closely with cross function dept. to drive new product development and planning to generate new ideas and develop product roadmap to the local consumers. · Manage and monitor every new product development project and coordinate with internal departments including R&D, quality control, procurement, logistics, legal, etc., and external parties to ensure timely completion of every NPD project. · Lead the new product development of marketing bundles and brand/category plans to create and convert consumer interest to purchase. · Build and defend market share with plans aligned to long-term category/brand strategy. · Develop implementation and contingency plans for brand projects. Achieve business results through executional excellence and leadership.
Requirements: · Good aesthetic judgement to help the brand for equity building premiumization, improve brand image. · Have the sufficient experience to handle sizeble business and work with big budget brands. · Be innovative and creative. · Good communication skill and work close with internal or external stakeholder. · Deliver the company top line and bottom line targets with sustainability. · Establish the right product portfolio at the right time in the region. · People management skills.
Education · Bachelor & above, MBA is a plus.
