Responsibilities include As a local project/system owner, responsible for communication and coordination with various departments of the company, timely and accurate feedback with the group project development stakeholders, familiar with and competent in different module of the projects, independent technical implementation of the whole process: including requirement collection, analysis, business process optimization, configuration, testing, user training etc.
Responsibility: 1.Define, own and drive the delivery of the project/system, working closely with Operations, Technology and other working group members in Guangzhou office and head office. 2. Working with IT partners closely to design or localize the end-to-end project/system working model and align the project/system roadmap to Business, IT and Operation priorities. 3. Completion of Implementation activities in line with the agreed timescales, deadlines, and business KPI’s. 4.Ensure operational and technical readiness for all changes, by working closely with IT, operations team to perform training, end-user documentation, and manage operations and release management activities. 5.Develop test cases/ scenarios for project/system release, ensuing the execution and documentation of the results. 6.Collect and analyses relevant data, as needed, to assess the impact of change initiatives, measure progress, and enable business to make informed decisions. 7. Coordinate local resources, reasonably control project quality, cost and schedule to establish regular and good communication with the project team, ensure the successful implementation of project in the local area. 8. Coordinate with business departments and teams to ensure understanding and implementation of delivered system, resolve issues, and provide feedback. 9.Monitor project/system performance and provide detailed performance metrics reports to stakeholders. 10. Any other ad hoc projects / duties, that may be reasonably be requested by superior from time to time.
Qualifications & Experience 1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields. 2. At least 4 year(s) or above of relevant working experience in related position is preferred. 3. Advanced knowledge of DevOps (preferably Microsoft); 4. Advanced knowledge of databases in T-SQL language; 5. Advanced experience with test-driven development. 6. Intermediate experience in node/JS development; 7. Experience in maintaining software functionalities; 8. Intermediate experience in documenting requirements and documentation; 9. Experience diagnosing, debugging and updating existing systems. 10.Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to take a complex message and articulate in a manner that is clear for stakeholders to understand and action. 11. Excellent self-learning ability, good learning awareness, excellent communication skills, and team working spirit. 12. Good command of Chinese and English (both written and spoken)
