JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 61 Reaching out to leads to understand their sourcing requirements, qualifying them and closing qualified leads. 61 Generating leads through various online channels. 61 Establishing partnerships for lead-sharing with related business. 61 Gathering & understanding sourcing requirements from our clients and communicating these to the sourcing team and working closely with the sourcing team in China to ensure client requirements can be met. 61 Scheduling regular calls with the clients to collect feedback, understand their pain-points and relaying feedback to relevant teams (Sourcing, IT, etc.) to ensure systems and processes can be constantly updated to WOW clients.
REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES: 61 Minimum of 2 years’ experience in any sales/business development position or a sourcing/international trade position with experience of communicating directly with the end-client, especially over calls & video. 61 Excellent spoken & written English, native speaker. 61 Passion for reading (critical in our company) and continuously investing in yourself through training programs. 61 Knowledge of international trade processes is a plus but not required. Good to have knowledge of E-Commerce sellers and Amazon.
